Food Trucks at Oki Park
Food trucks return for second Fridays from May through September! With rotations of five food trucks available each month, our community was able to gather and enjoy the summer evenings at Oki. In addition, local vendors and community partners eere be on site for each event. Want to partner with us! Safe and Sweet Trunk or Treat
Our 2025 Safe & Sweet Trunk or Treat will be here sooner than we can say BOO!!! With over 350 children, joining us last year, we hope we can keep up the scary times this year as we kick off Halloween night in the spookiest of ways! Check out last year's event in our November 2024 newsletter!
Holidays In College-Glen Craft & Book Fair
To wind down 2025, we plan to collaborate with one of our local schools to host a Holiday Craft and Book Fair, along with a Holiday photo opportunity! Be sure to email us if you would like to host a vendor or partner booth at board@neighborsofcollegeglen.org.
Last year we had 15 local artisans and crafters participate in this event, 3 of which were mini-makers from College-Glen! A wide variety of items were available for purchase, making it easier for attendees to complete some of their holiday shopping. In addition to complimentary Santa pictures and a hot cocoa bar, NCG added a toy drive component benefiting Women’s Empowerment of Sacramento. Check out our January 2025 newsletter for photos!

EGGHUNT AT OKI PARK
The NCG Easter Egg Hunt was held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Oki Park on the soccer fields. Families enjoyed activities including egg hunts, crafting, vendors, a photo booth, free books, and a special visit from The Easter Bunny. ​Check out photos in our May 2025 newsletter!
Bark in the Park
Our second Annual Bark in the Park was held on May 31 at Glenbrook Park!
During this event, we held a raffle featuring many unique pet-related items generously donated by local pet vendors, raising $185 to support NCG in hosting these fantastic events for College-Glen. Additionally, during the event local Girl Scouts Evie and Jade from Troop 683 raised $100 for the SPCA as part of their Girl Scout Service Project!

Fourth of July in College-Glen
Our annual Fourth of July event included a parade walk from Cabana to Oki Park, where parade participants were met with vendors, live music, face painting and more! A neighborhood favorite was such a sweet success!
Fall Movie Night
Fall movie night happens every September! Councilmember Guerra will host our 2025 event with food trucks, popcorn and a great time! Be sure to mark your calendars for September 12th with the show starting at sundown and food trucks from 5pm to 8pm!
