About the NCG Board

The Neighbors of College-Glen is led and operated by your very own College-Glen neighbors.  NCG was formed in March 2023 out of a need to provide the College-Glen neighborhood with a resource to build community through community engagement events and actions.

General Information about our election process

 

Nomination Process

Nominations for open positions will open in January of an election year.  The board will establish a deadline for nominations. Nominees must be registered NCG members. Paper nomination forms will be made available during our January Community Board meeting.

Voting Process  
Electronic voting ballots will be emailed to all NCG registered members following the close of nominations. Paper ballots will be provided to registered members who indicated print communication on their registration. The Board will establish a deadline for elections.  Paper election ballots will be made available during the February Community Board meeting.

Election Results
Election results will be announced by the board during their March Annual Meeting of an election year. The new Board will begin their service starting on April 1.

Please keep in mind you must be a registered NCG member in order to serve on the NCG Board. You can become an NCG member by going to our Join page.
